A licensed medical doctor with a passion for people, Afia has always understood the importance of rest, healing, and quality of life; not just in medicine, but in everyday living. Her journey as a physician has given her deep insight into human needs, care, and comfort. But it’s her life beyond the hospital walls that inspired the creation of her two signature ventures: RGS Travel and RGS Properties.

After visiting various countries and experiencing firsthand the frustrations and joys of travel ; from missed flights and underwhelming hotels to moments of true awe and peace , Afia decided it was time to reshape the way people experience time away from home.

She founded RGS Travel to create stress-free, unforgettable getaways that go beyond bookings by infusing luxury, wellness, flexibility, and heartfelt service into every journey. Whether it’s Disney adventures, romantic honeymoons, football match experiences, or wellness retreats, RGS Travel exists to help people pause, explore, and reconnect with life.

Then came RGS Properties — her answer to the demand for short-stay rentals that feel like more than four walls. Drawing from her love of interior beauty and curated experiences, she created fully serviced, boutique-style accommodations where guests could truly relax, recharge, and feel cared for. With optional add-ons like home-cooked meals, cleaning services, and personal guest support, every stay becomes a memory.

Afia is also a published author and speaker, passionate about inspiring women to embrace wholeness, healing, and self-leadership. Through every hat she wears, one theme remains constant: creating spaces(physical or emotional , where people feel seen, supported, and well.

Today, whether she’s prescribing medicine, penning a new book, or planning someone’s dream escape, Afia brings the same commitment to detail, dignity, and delight.
